Roll-Off Dumpster Permit Information
When Do You Need a Permit?
If you’re planning to leave the roll-off container on your own property (i.e. a driveway or a yard) no permit is required. Some residential areas require permits, though, so it’s important to check with your local city or town hall just in case. Getting a permit for temporary roll-off dumpster placement is not difficult; however we recommend doing your research ahead of time to avoid any costly fines. Your local city or town hall will have information regarding permits and will gladly help you attain one if necessary. Any container placed on a street is required to have a permit. It is public property and therefore requires the permission of that city. Not to mention, placing large roll-off dumpsters in certain areas could be dangerous.
